Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives and take on advanced leadership responsibilities as required. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent executive-level experience is preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing other leaders or high-scale programs. Advanced knowledge of P&L management, sales finance, and organizational development procedures.
Exceptional ability to navigate complex business challenges and lead large teams through strategic transitions.
Expert communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level audiences.
