The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works collaboratively with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple outpatient and inpatient specialties. This role includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedures, patient education, and care coordination for diverse patient populations in both clinic and hospital settings. Core Responsibilities (Across All Departments)

Perform comprehensive patient assessments for new and established patients Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice Document findings and maintain accurate medical records using EMR Provide patient and family education, counseling, and care planning Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a patient-first approach Department-Specific Practice Focus

Work Schedules (Vary by Department)

Clinic-based roles: weekday schedules with early closures on Fridays in some practices Orthopedic roles: rotating schedules including some weekends Hospitalist roles: overnight shifts, full-time scheduling, no call Select specialties offer no routine call, with limited weekend coverage when required Professional Environment

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active NP or PA-C licensure in the applicable state BLS required; ACLS required for hospital-based roles Experience requirements vary by department: New graduates considered in ENT, Neurology, Digestive Health, and Cardiology EP Minimum three years of experience required for Women’s Health and Hospitalist roles Orthopedic and specialty experience preferred for musculoskeletal and neurology positions Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care
