- Salary Range: $230,000 $280,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions such as:
- Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
- Growth and puberty disorders
- Thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary dysfunction
- Disorders of sexual development
- Metabolic bone diseases
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests
- Deliver both inpatient consultations and outpatient continuity care
- Provide family-centered education and counseling on long-term condition management
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and CME activities
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship
- Board Certification in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
- Exceptional communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for compassionate, culturally sensitive care
- Experience with insulin pump therapy and CGM systems
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, or community outreach
- Bilingual proficiency a plus
