Salary Range: $156,000 $180,000 annually

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care, conduct evaluations, and manage medication treatment plans in collaboration with a supervising psychiatrist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations

  • Prescribe psychotropic medications in accordance with clinical guidelines

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system

  • Participate in treatment planning, case reviews, and in-service training

  • Adhere to ethical, regulatory, and infection control protocols

  • Engage in regular clinical supervision as required by state law and organizational policy

  • Additional duties as assigned by the clinical director or medical leadership

Qualifications:

Education & Licensure:

  • Completion of a Board-approved master s or post-master s PMHNP program

  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts

  • National certification by an approved accrediting body (e.g., ANCC)

  • Active DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR)

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and treatment

  • Familiarity with behavioral health care standards and medication management

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
