The position is for an Academic Gastroenterologist to join a fellowship program in Brooklyn. The role will involve teaching residents and fellows, working closely with the fellowship program, and providing guidance in advanced procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education, with the skills and experience to mentor the next generation of GI specialists. Job Function: Join a team of 4 other GIs in a hospital-employed setting. Combination of clinical practice and teaching responsibilities. Provide specialty care to patients, with a focus on general GI. State-of-the-art hospital endoscopy suite with anesthesia support for all endoscopies. Teach and work with rotating GI fellows in the GI fellowship program. Call schedule: 1:4 (phone call only).
