Experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney (Post M&A Disputes) – Boutique Chicago Law Firm
About the Position:
Our client, a growing Chicago boutique litigation law firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an active need for an experienced (6+ years) commercial litigator to join as a senior counsel. Excellent opportunity to develop your practice in a supportive and thriving law firm environment.

· Firm represents clients nationally in a full range of sophisticated commercial matters
Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with understanding and evaluating risks associated with existing and potential litigation
· Represents parties in post-M&A litigation, including purchase price and material adverse effect litigation as well as escrow and indemnity disputes
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court
Required Qualifications:
· 6+ years of commercial litigation experience, including post M&A disputes
· BigLaw experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and practice.
