Use the WMS system to update area or shift metrics. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, memos, and summaries of a technical and/or confidential nature. Perform basic administrative tasks for area or shift, including maintaining filing systems and documents. Gather and provide information to floor employees in support areas. Coordinate meetings and communications for the specific area or shift. Perform other duties as assigned, depending on area or location requirements. Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: one (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience. Preferred: one (1) year or more forklift operating experience. Preferred: one (1) year or more Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer‑service skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Flexibility, self‑driven, and able to excel in a fast‑paced environment. Capable of multitasking, highly organized, and with excellent time‑management skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
