Touchstone Talent is hiring: Legal Recruiter - Account Executive in San Francisc

We’re hiring an Account Executive to build and grow our legal recruiting vertical. You’ll bring experience owning business development at a legal recruiting agency and use that expertise to win new law firm clients, running the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role is ideal for someone who knows the nuances of legal hiring and is eager to apply that knowledge in a fast‑growing tech startup.

We launched our legal vertical 3 months ago and already work with 5 of the AM Law 100, and top boutiques across the U.S.

This role best suits a 360 recruiter looking to transition into a pure BD role!

Requirements

• 4 - 10 years of experience selling recruiting services to law firms
• Experience building your own book of business in legal recruiting
• Track record of top performance: quick promotions, Top Biller/Producer, consistently beating quota
• Excited to work in‑person 5 days a week in San Francisco.

Package

• Base - $100,000 - 175,000 + bonus + equity
• Relocation for non‑local US based candidates if not already in SF
