- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all front desk activities, including visitor logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related issues or concerns.
- Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific protocols.
- Support a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk while helping to deter disruptive or suspicious behavior.
- At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
