Supervisor (Manufacturing)

The role is responsible for supervising and executing work activities. Ensuring adherence to daily production and customer standard schedule. Must have experience in supervising in a manufacturing setting.

Supervisor (Manufacturing) Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 28.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Supervision of operators
  • Ensure adherence to daily production schedule, providing real time support and problem solving to any potential interruptions.
  • Perform training
  • Work alongside operators to achieve daily production plans.
  • Track KPI's
  • Perform receiving inspection of incoming raw materials flagged in ERP system.
  • Promote a culture of dedication to safety of our employees, and commitment to meeting the customer's quality expectations.

Supervisor (Manufacturing) Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in lean manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience working with materials and manufacturing planning teams preferred
  • Aggressive in goal-setting and overall approach to leadership.
  • Strong sense of time organization, prioritization, and works with a sense of urgency
  • Familiarity and comfort with using basic tools to perform system maintenance work
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
