SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) – Bon Appétit Management Company
Location: Starbucks – 2 West Washington Street, Greencastle, IN 46135. Only online applications are accepted.

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Act as contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
Serve as mentor, develop employees and encourage career advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
