Key Responsibilities:
Lead roadway, stormwater, and site development projects from kickoff to completion.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring every project meets client expectations.
Build and mentor project teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships.
Present technical solutions and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and public officials.
Drive business development by fostering long-term client partnerships.
Experience & Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field
or
equivalent progressive experience in municipal civil/environmental projects.
Experience:
8+ years of consulting or related professional experience; 12+ years preferred for those without a degree.
Licensure:
Florida PE, PG, or Architect registration may be required.
Other:
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
