What You’ll Do The Parts Warehouse Person plays a pivotal role in our operations by preparing and fulfilling warehouse orders in accordance with set schedules. Responsibilities include processing supply orders, pulling materials, organizing orders in the delivery area, preparing invoices for parts orders, collaborating with drivers to coordinate efficient routes, maintaining inventory controls through physical counts and reconciliations, receiving, unpacking, and delivering goods, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Job Duties
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders
Pulls materials and parts and places orders in delivery area
Prepares invoices for parts orders
Interacts with drivers
Organizes drivers’ routes according to filled orders
Processes all invoices received from drivers
Performs physical count of inventory
Reconciles actual stock count to computer‑generated reports
Receives, unpacks and delivers goods
Restocks items as necessary
Documents returns following established procedures
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels
Processes purchasing orders as required Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain area clean
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and work stations organized and neat
Maintains clean shipping supply area
Complies with procedures, rules, and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional appearance and communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization with good time‑management skills
Analytical/problem‑solving skills for the customer and company
Computer proficiency
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Must pass a post‑offer drug test and physical evaluation
Compensation
$18–$20/hour depending on experience and skills
