Speech Language Pathologists

for the 2025-2026 school year.

This district is searching for both full-time and part-time speech language support for elementary students in grades K-5. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise through targeted speech and language interventions while collaborating with a compassionate, student-centered team to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available) in Maricopa County, AZ

Start Date: November 2025

End Date: June 2026

Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours available

Grade Levels: Elementary, K-5

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students in grades K-5.

Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to enhance students’ academic and social success.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to inform instruction and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.

Maintain detailed documentation of services, assessments, and student progress.

Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development to support best practices in speech-language services.

Contribute to district-wide initiatives promoting communication development and inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Speech Language Pathology License from the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS).

School Speech Language Pathology Certificate from the Arizona Department of Education (ADE).

Previous school-based or pediatric experience.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
