Position Overview

This opportunity is either full time (36hrs/week) or part time (24hrs/week), offers full benefits, and options to work day (7am – 7:30pm) or night (7pm – 7:30am) shifts. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. Excellent New Grad Mentorship Program is available. This opportunity includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during vulnerable times.

Work collaboratively with peer nurses and nursing leaders nationwide.

Participate in Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager‑in‑training programs.

Engage in continuing education and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Illinois RN license (or eligibility to obtain or renew; new grads welcome to apply)

Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred
