Locums opportunity for Interventional Radiologists in Kentucky, just over an hour from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).
Highlights
Block rotation: 1 week call, 1 week outpatient procedures, 1 week off
Daily dedicated IR block time
Support from 2 other IRs, APPs, and dedicated IR team
Full travel and lodging included
Practice Setting
Hospital-based IR service (no diagnostic reads)
Subspecialty surgical group with vascular and neuro backup
Mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures
EPIC charting and Philips IR equipment
Schedule
2 weeks on, 1 week off rotation
One week call (IR only), one week outpatient procedures
8-10 hour shifts
Cases and Procedures
Full-scope IR: biopsy, drains, ports, dialysis access, TIPS, embolizations
EVT for stroke and PE required
Thrombectomy and vascular IR emphasized
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
Licensed in Kentucky and Ohio (both required)
