Process Engineer
Pay:
$90-110k
Process Technology:
thermoforming, injection molding
Responsibilities:
Manage and complete projects of varying sizes and durations
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and designers to optimize processes
Lead process failure investigations and implement long‑term solutions
Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication and processing improvements
Assist with assembly and disassembly of process equipment
Troubleshoot and implement engineering solutions to enhance operations
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes
Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and product quality
Create test parameters and analyze performance data for process optimization
Develop and execute continuous improvement plans
Mentor and guide junior engineers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and three (3) years of related experience in a thermoforming and/or plastic injection‑molding environment focused on process optimization, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence
Experience analyzing production equipment, processes and materials, and solving issues
Proven experience in project management
Strong coordination and leadership skills
Ability to conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot engineering issues
Experience in developing SOPs and continuous improvement plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer, regardless of visa status or transfer
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check
Valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report upon hire and ongoing ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
Eligibility:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer, regardless of authorization or visa transfer, and must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire.
