The role supports faculty, staff, and leadership with daily office operations, records management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities span financial processes, HR coordination, data management, and office operations, keeping the APUE area organized and responsive.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Support daily operations of administrative functions, manage workflow, problem‑solve, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Assist the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education with calendar management and meeting scheduling.

Promote coordination and workflow: track operational deadlines and establish organizational protocols.

Adapt processes and procedures to evolving departmental needs; pursue efficiency improvements.

Resolve administrative problems, route requests appropriately, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Utilize BANNER, WebFocus, Perceptive Content, ASPIRE, and other systems for financial and administrative data.

Process payroll reallocations, purchasing, check requests, honorariums, travel reimbursements, and purchasing card transactions.

Assist with marketing supplies distribution and collaborate with HR, Financial Aid, Sponsored Programs, Financial Services, and other departments.

Lead curriculum changes for the annual binder process and coordinate course scheduling, grading deadlines, and instructor verification for fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Coordinate adjunct faculty hiring, manage the TPR process, staff appointments, adjunct and research faculty appointments, and yearly reviews.

Administer and maintain internal stakeholder access across facilities, digital platforms, and academic systems.

Supervise and guide student employees, and commit to continuous improvement and safety practices.
