Maintenance Mechanic – Donohoe Hospitality Services
Paid hourly with a base range of
$27.00/hr - $27.00/hr . Salary includes overtime when required. Work schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
Conduct daily building/equipment tours.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Driver's License.
Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance.
Computer skills are a must.
Flexible to work between 6 am and 6 pm.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment.
Must be familiar with pumps, AHU’s, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, etc.
Dependable and reliable.
