Field Service Technician – General Parts Group
We are hiring Field Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment across 26 states. The role requires traveling to restaurant locations, operating a company vehicle, delivering prompt service, and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including hot‑side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems.
Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently.
Communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
EPA certification required for refrigeration technicians.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Familiarity with iPad use.
