Responsibilities for the Controller:
Own month end and year end close, including financial statements and reconciliations Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to business drivers Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategy, pricing, and growth decisions Oversee general ledger, accounting operations, and internal controls Partner with operations and leadership to translate financial results into action Requirements for the Controller:
5 plus years of progressive accounting experience Experience in a service based or professional services environment Strong understanding of GAAP, financial xsgimln reporting, and business fundamentals Hands on experience with accounting systems and Excel Ability to communicate clearly and influence decisions across the business
