Summary In this role, you will support HR onboarding activities with significant focus on pre‑employment data entry in several HRIS systems, including SAP and ADP, for the purposes of creating and maintaining accurate employee records. This role also provides administrative support for Talent Acquisition and FMLA processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate understanding of company policies and procedures

Complete the new hire onboarding process from the point of accepted employment offer through the completion of the first day of new hire orientation

Process pre‑employment screens and issue adverse action letters as necessary

Communicate with candidates to ensure pre‑employment process completion

Create new hire files and enter new hire data in ADP and SAP

Prepare for new hire equipment, including but not limited to, laptops, PPE’s, swags, etc.

Process employment changes (terminations, promotions, etc.) in ADP and SAP systems

Build and run reports through the ADP and SAP systems

Perform administrative duties such as filing employment records and benefits/medical files, creating new hire packets, processing invoices, and creating electronic approval requests

Ensure regulatory compliance of pre‑employment screening and employment records

Accurately and efficiently complete various internal and external report/data requests

Participate in internal systems/data audits and complete corrective actions, as required

Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition activities, including system data entry, tracking, coordination, and reporting

Provide administrative support for FMLA processes, including documentation support, tracking, system updates, and coordination with HR partners

Maintain cleanliness at work‑site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience

Experience

1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Experience with ADP and SAP software systems is preferred

Skills

Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information

Must have exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required

Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding and other areas of responsibility.
