We are looking for a senior manager to support our 2× team growth and scale a world‑class employer brand that reaches millions, fuels our talent pipeline, and improves cost per hire.
About EliseAI By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.
Housing : Simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.
Healthcare : Make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and help patients communicate with providers so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.
Organizations can reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz.
The Role We need a senior manager who can engineer a multi‑channel ecosystem—social, events, content, paid, community—that makes EliseAI impossible to ignore. The mandate is to develop and grow our employer brand across all relevant channels, generating high‑quality applicants and high‑impact employer messaging.
You will partner closely with Talent, Brand & Comms, Marketing, and Engineering to surface stories that show the world who we are and why EliseAI is the best AI startup to build a career.
Key Responsibilities
Own organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord.
Build and manage editorial calendars for leadership, brand and recruiting channels.
Own the full employer‑brand content pipeline—video, recruiting content, team features, newsletters.
Build platform‑specific content workflows: scalable templates, repurposing systems, analytics loops.
Drive measurable increases in impressions, reach, engagement, and conversions to careers pages.
Build EliseAI’s signature branded events (Open Houses, AI Salons, Meetups).
Partner with others to activate speaking opportunities internally and externally.
Track event ROI through event‑to‑application conversion and CPH contribution.
Scale the Student Ambassador program across top universities.
Build a semester‑based campus event calendar.
Increase early talent brand recognition and pipeline quality.
Own always‑on paid recruitment marketing across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Improve CPC and CPH through continuous iteration and creative performance analysis.
Build an integrated dashboard for all employer‑branding KPIs: social, events, campus, paid, community, content performance.
Tie every initiative to measurable funnel improvements (applications, quality, CPH).
Establish and maintain a performance cadence with Recruiting & Marketing to align strategy and insights.
Requirements
6‑7 years in marketing, employer branding, or content in high‑growth tech/startup environments.
Proven ability to scale a multi‑channel brand presence across social, events, organic content, and paid.
Experience with short‑form video strategy, social growth, and narrative building.
Ability to translate complex technical work into accessible, inspiring stories.
Experience with paid recruitment marketing or performance marketing preferred.
Deep familiarity with startup and venture ecosystems; strong radar for what resonates with technical talent.
Exceptional self‑direction—able to spot opportunities, move fast, and execute with minimal oversight.
Strong operational instincts: editorial discipline, metrics tracking, process creation, and project management.
Willingness to work in person at our office 4‑5 days a week.
