Systems Engineer/Administrator
KONNECTINGTREE INC is seeking a Systems Engineer/Administrator to join our team. The role requires a strong background in printer administration, Active Directory, M365 administration, and general system management.
Demonstrated experience with printer administration and management.
Demonstrated experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
Demonstrated experience with M365 administration.
Knowledge of basic system management processes and systems.
Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation.
Knowledge of advanced system security methods and techniques.
Complete assigned tasks, communicate accurate status updates, and follow quality standards.
Work in a team environment with strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Perform on‑call duties for nightly and weekend patching/upgrades/troubleshooting.
Attention to detail, as documentation generated will be the basis of system rewrites.
Clear, strong, and precise verbal and written communication skills needed for coordination with multiple teams.
Work independently with little supervision or guidance.
Willingness to independently dive in and learn new systems, processes, and business functionality.
