Manufacturing Technician , you'll work in a high-tech cleanroom environment supporting advanced automated equipment that produces life‑saving medical technology. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and working with cutting‑edge manufacturing systems.
Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $27.60 per hour - all inclusive
Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6 PM - 6 AM (48 hours per week including 8 hours of mandatory OT)
Environment: Cleanroom (standing for full shift required)
What You'll Be Responsible For
Operate, monitor, and support automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated cleanroom setting
Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting
Monitor material flow, clear equipment faults, and ensure safe, efficient production
Use HMI systems to review process data and make approved adjustments
Inspect products using precision measurement tools to verify quality and tolerances
Assist with equipment validation, process improvements, and engineering initiatives
Accurately complete documentation while adhering to GMP and quality standards
Maintain cleanroom protocols, including gowning and cleanliness requirements
Support new product introductions and cross‑functional production efforts
Follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules to meet output goals
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or equipment‑based production
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to stand for 12‑hour shifts
Comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in English
Preferred Experience
Automated or high‑volume manufacturing environments
Cleanroom or medical device production
Experience using HMIs and precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Exposure to robotics, laser or ultrasonic welding, heat staking, or PCB handling/testing
Background in fast‑growing or startup manufacturing operations
