Key Responsibilities
Full‑cycle recruiting for accounting, finance, and business advisory professionals, ensuring strategic hires and just‑in‑time staffing.
Collaborate with hiring partners to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, conduct behavioral and technical interviews, facilitate assessment and selection, and present offers.
Build and sustain relationships with business units, candidates, and teams, leveraging strong networking, sourcing and recruiting skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
Minimum four years of recruiting experience (professional services experience preferred).
HR certification such as PHR or SPHR highly preferred.
Demonstrated sourcing, pipelining, networking, and familiarity with EEOC guidelines.
Working Conditions This is an exempt position; you may work over 40 hours per week as required.
Compensation $85,000 – $118,000 (based on office location: Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts).
Locations Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts.
