You’ll lead accounting operations, manage a talented team, and help shape a best-in-class finance organization in a company recognized for its integrity, compassion, and customer focus.

What You’ll Do
Oversee corporate accounting operations and manage a team of accountants
Drive process improvements across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles
Manage M&A accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger activities
Partner with auditors and ensure the timely delivery of financial statements and tax filings
Implement automation and internal controls to ensure 98% accuracy in financial reporting
Support key strategic initiatives and acquisition integrations
Provide insights and leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of accounting experience within private equity-backed organizations
Job Costing and Percentage of Completion experience is required
Public accounting experience is a huge plus
Bachelor’s in Accounting
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate finance operations
Experience with multi-location or multi-entity environments
Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
High energy, ownership mindset, and a passion for building strong teams
