We’re seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to maintain the safety and security of guests, team members, and property. The role includes preventing loss, deterring unsafe behavior, enforcing hotel policies, and responding promptly to incidents while upholding the high service standards that define Signia by Hilton.
About the Property Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18‑hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport.
Work Schedule Full‑time; shift includes weekends and 3 P – 11 P.
Responsibilities
Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks, and undesirable conditions.
Respond to emergency situations, including but not limited to safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
Promote safe work practices.
Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed.
Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
