Job Description Sonic Powersports is hiring a F&I Admin/ Document Specialist for our dealership in Houston, TX. As a F&I Admin/Document Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we’re looking for you. In the F&I Admin/Document Specialist role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process.
What You’ll Do
Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
Verify all paperwork for accuracy, including the correct title, lien information, taxes, and other relevant details.
Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and obtain deposits
