We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Client Success team. This entry‑level role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to gain experience in project management and client service. Responsibilities
Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with Luxury Presence
Help organize and schedule client calls, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Communicate project timelines and next steps to both clients and internal teams
Gather client materials and ensure all required assets are submitted on time
Assist with tracking project progress and keeping clients informed throughout their onboarding journey
Work closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition into their new website and marketing platform
You’re Good At
Keeping projects organized and on schedule
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
Problem‑solving and finding solutions when challenges arise
Learning new tools and processes quickly
Working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
You Have
0‑1 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role (internships welcome)
You thrive in client‑facing roles and genuinely enjoy working with people
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
An interest in luxury real‑estate and digital marketing
You Crush
