$100,000 - $120,000 base + highly competitive bonus
We are partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing boutique investment bank specializing in
Diversified Industrials
sector. The firm serves middle‑market and lower middle‑market companies and has built a strong reputation for excellence. With a significantly expanded team and a robust deal pipeline, they are poised for another outstanding year in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Managing Directors and senior leadership on live transactions.
Provide execution support across M&A and capital markets deals.
Build and maintain detailed financial models.
Prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, and client presentations.
Assist in developing and nurturing new client relationships.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A (industrial sector experience is a plus but not required).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Currently based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
FINRA licenses: SIE and Series 79.
