Responsibilities Go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems. Complete preventative maintenance assignments.
Qualifications 3+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician. Relevant licenses and certifications. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Clean and neat appearance. Strong customer service and communication skills. Hard‑working and motivated.
Benefits & Compensation Competitive Compensation:
Over $45 per hour
with potential to exceed $100,000 per year.
Base salary and bonus program. 2 weeks Paid Time Off for all new hires.
Consistency
– full‑time year‑round work.
