Responsibilities:
Conduct Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations in full compliance with CAMTS guidelines.
Serve as Captain for EC135 SPIFR/NVG missions, providing essential medical transport.
Execute 24‑hour operations on rotating day and night schedules.
Perform line pilot duties according to company policies and procedures.
Support safety initiatives, including the Safety Management System (SMS) and Destination Zero.
Participate in community outreach programs as a company representative.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
Contribute as a dependable team player to ensure safe, efficient, and courteous patient transport.
Requirements:
Commercial and Instrument Helicopter ratings.
Current First Class Medical Certificate.
Meet CAMTS flight‑hour requirements:
1,500 helicopter hours
1,000 hours PIC (helicopter)
500 hours turbine helicopter
100 hours unaided night or 50 hours unaided night + 100 hours NVG
75 hours instrument time
Ability to comply with company weight restriction policy (max 235 lbs).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Successful completion of pre‑placement physical exam, drug screening, and background checks.
Residence within one hour of assigned base.
Annual safety and performance bonuses.
