Branch Manager TNT is looking to add experienced full-time crane operators to our growing branch. The following requirements must be met to be considered for this position. Ensures safety first, along with safe lifting of the load, proper set‑up of crane, while maintaining customer focus. Follows all State and Federal laws while operating motor vehicles. Follows all safety and environmental policies while performing the job task. Responsibilities

At the end of the shift, review future job assignments and prepare necessary rigging and equipment. Complete Field Ticket and submit it to the local branch office. Record any other chargeable equipment used on the job. Complete payroll book daily with hours worked. Report hours to the local branch office no later than 10:00 a.m. every Monday. If not on a job assignment, inform the supervisor and remain productive by inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment. Carry and answer phone/pagers promptly. Assist in training safe crane operation. Periodically review assigned crane and other model cranes’ service and operation manuals. Clean, inspect, and reorganize equipment in shop and yard. Keep shop clean, wash racks, and break room. Read, interpret, and calculate load percentage using the crane owner’s load charts and operation manual. Program the crane’s computer in proper set‑up mode and safely set up the crane on site. Ensure signal person understands and performs proper hand signals before lifting the load. Perform proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of the load. Inspect crane, truck, and/or trailer; fill out vehicle inspection report before operating the vehicle. Submit inspection report to the local branch office. Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications

Current state‑issued Commercial Driver License (CDL). Current crane operating license (NCCCO). Three or more years of operating hydraulic cranes. Ability to operate crane by viewing hand signals. Skills Required

Good verbal and written communication skills to understand instructions, applicable safety regulations, and to maintain records. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems. Seniority Level
