Our Enrollment Coordinator is the very first touchpoint in a member’s journey—helping people feel seen, supported, and excited to participate and utilize our Well-being Services.

Role Overview We are looking for a

highly detail-oriented, bilingual Enrollment Coordinator

with extensive experience engaging patients—especially older adults—in a healthcare setting. This role blends

precision and heart : you’ll complete intake and enrollment workflows with flawless accuracy

while also helping us build and refine the enrollment experience itself .

You’ll engage patients by

SMS, phone, and digital tools , guide them through enrollment, troubleshoot barriers, document everything thoroughly, and consistently meet performance goals. If you love both human connection

Patient Engagement & Enrollment

Conduct outbound and inbound calls, SMS outreach, and follow-up to enroll eligible patients in Blue Zones Health programs.

Build trust with diverse adult participants through warm, clear, and culturally sensitive communication.

Complete structured intake, consent, eligibility checks, and data entry with exceptional accuracy.

Identify barriers to participation in Well-being Services and help members successfully navigate enrollment.

Operations & Workflow Execution

Own every step of the enrollment workflow: documentation, verification, scheduling, event logging, and milestones.

Maintain real-time accuracy in our CRM tools; ensure every contact attempt and outcome is logged.

Monitor and track key metrics (conversion rates, reach rates, cycle times, response rates).

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Provide feedback on talking points, SMS templates, workflows, and tech tools as we continuously build and refine them.

Spot inefficiencies or gaps in the enrollment process and propose improvements.

Contribute to the development of new playbooks, QA standards, and best practices.

Serve as a voice of the patient—advocating for clarity, accessibility, and compassion in all patient-facing touchpoints.

The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000

What We’re Looking For Required

Bilingual (English + Spanish strongly preferred).

3+ years of experience

in patient enrollment, intake, care navigation, customer service, or care coordination in a healthcare setting.

Demonstrated success engaging older adults (Medicare or Medicaid experience a plus).

Exceptional detail orientation—accurate data entry, thorough documentation, adherence to protocol.

Outstanding communication skills via phone and SMS; comfortable with high-volume outreach.

Performance-driven mindset with experience hitting measurable targets.

Flexible, innovative, and excited about shaping a process while actively working in it.

Deep empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people feel supported and empowered.

Comfort with CRM, EHR, and workflow tools; tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

Ability to travel as needed

Bonus

Experience in lifestyle medicine, chronic care management, digital health, or community health settings.

Prior involvement in building or refining patient-facing workflows or pilot programs.

Background in motivational interviewing or other communication frameworks for behavior change.
