Base pay range $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Position Overview The Warehouse First Shift Office Clerk is responsible for scheduling all inbound and backhaul appointments, ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and self‑motivated to support our customers, both internal and external. This position is located at our Frozen Warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Arrive on time for the start of the scheduled shift.
Communicate with Vendors and Carriers via phone or email to make inbound delivery appointments.
Record all inbound appointments or changes in the scheduling system.
Communicate any schedule changes or delays to warehouse and purchasing teams.
Organize and finalize BOL paperwork after receiving and return to drivers.
Process payments for lumping services via Relay, Com‑Check or other payment methods.
Perform monthly supply inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Check in incoming small parcel packages and distribute to the appropriate recipients.
Work closely with receiving, inventory, and management to relay and secure information efficiently.
Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor.
Ability to read and understand English in order to understand supervisor instructions.
Able to maintain a clean and safe work environment while performing daily tasks.
Working knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
Utilize proper email and phone etiquette.
Self‑motivated.
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Clerical experience preferred but not required.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 5am – 1:30pm.
Wages
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
