SSO Platform Support Engineer

Base Pay Range $55.00/hr - $57.00/hr

Job Description Role:

IAM/SSO Production Support Engineer (Contract: W2, 12+ months).

Our client is looking for an experienced IAM/SSO production support engineer who can own authentication systems, troubleshoot deeply, and handle critical access outages.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain Single Sign‑On (SSO) systems.

Upgrade and configure SSO tools.

Provide proactive/on‑call duty and join urgent incident calls with leadership.

Support and troubleshoot SSO integrations in a distributed, highly available environment.

Work with protocols like OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.

Participate in on‑call rotations (remote) for critical production incidents.

Qualifications

Experience as an IAM/SSO production support engineer.

Strong knowledge of SSO, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.

Ability to troubleshoot deep authentication issues.

Experience handling critical access outages.
