Description The Project Manager will assist in planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of the project cycle from post-sale to customer handover with the goal of ensuring all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Key Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities
Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of facility staff.
Role Responsibilities
Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage tracing of issues that may arise, such as missed deadlines, cost overruns, and scope creep
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
During times of high bid volume, assisting with estimating from start to finish
Reviewing material submittals and shop drawings
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
