Job Description:
The Data Entry Accounting Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering financial data into our accounting systems, supporting the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, and helping maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities
Enter invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions into accounting software
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Maintain and organize digital filing systems
Generate reports as requested by accounting team
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify discrepancies
Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting
