Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet business needs while focusing on simplicity of design and ease of interaction. You will prioritize information requests, communicate impacts effectively to stakeholders, and work across multiple functions to deliver solutions that drive clarity and action.

Identify problems and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions
Design reporting and metrics that enable informed decisions and drive resolution
Present findings that foster understanding, alignment, and strategic choices
Participate in problem resolution to improve business processes
Accommodate internal and external customer requests with agility
Partner across functions and levels within the organization
Design and recommend improvements to business processes
Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to resolve issues
Provide guidance and training support to team members
Summarize and communicate recommendations to leadership clearly
Work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Operate effectively across geographies and cultures
Influence and collaborate with peers to achieve results through others
Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners

Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or 3–5 years of related business experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
Experience prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously
Proven success leading change in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills and a self-starter mindset
Domestic and international travel may be required
Comfortable working in a fun, agile, and fast-paced business environment
Number of Days in Office: 3
Compensation Pay Range: $63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
