Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Ann Arbor, MI

Responsibilities
Answer calls from store locations and open support tickets.
Troubleshoot issues when possible; when necessary, escallate tickets.
Participate in training sessions to stay current on diagnostics and resolution techniques.
Remotely diagnose and resolve routine problems with proprietary software, hardware, and peripheral equipment (touch screens, phones, printers, etc.).
Follow up with customers to confirm calls are resolved and tickets are closed promptly.
Provide support to co‑workers to ensure effective sharing of best practices.
Increase knowledge through continuing education classes.
Qualifications
Experience with IT support, help desk, or related roles.
Ability to work on weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
Experience receiving support calls and remote troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Organized, technically savvy, with prior Help Desk experience.
First week of the role will consist of training.
Applicants must be open to working a flexible schedule and possible weekends.
