Attorney – Estate Planning & Probate (Dallas) – Law Office of Bryan Fagan
Full‑time position in a hybrid environment (1–2 days remote, weekday schedule). Relocation considered.
Responsibilities
Manage & oversee trust and estate planning matters (draft wills, trusts, and related documents).
Handle all aspects of probate and estate administration ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Provide expert legal advice to clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
Conduct thorough legal research, prepare detailed legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
Collaborate closely with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive, client‑specific estate plans.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate matters (min. 2 years, 6 years preferred), including guardianship work.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active Texas bar admission, licensed for at least 2 years.
Proficient drafting and client‑management software experience (e.g., TxDoc, Clio, or similar).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
