Prominent boutique law firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-10 years' experience with a strong foundation in various areas of law, including extensive community association (condominium and homeowners association) practice, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and miscellaneous real estate/business transactional issues. Duties
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as necessary.
Collaborate with Florida Bar Certified Attorney on case management and strategy development.
Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar association is required.
3-10 years' experience in a law office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with community association practice, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and miscellaneous real estate/business transactional issues is highly desirable.
Strong research skills and the ability to write clearly and persuasively are essential.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
