Fidelity & Surety Law Clerk – Dallas, TX
Clark Hill’s Dallas office is seeking a second for third year law student for a Law Clerk position in its Fidelity & Surety business unit for the Spring 2026 semester. Responsibilities: research as well as assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and a strong writer. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum GPA of 3.3 is required and trial advocacy, moot court, and/or journal experience is preferred. This part-time position could potentially lead to full time employment after graduation. The salary range at the time of posting is $35.00/hour, based upon a part-time work schedule.
