Summary This position is responsible for providing technical support to end‑users and other IT support groups in relation to network services. It monitors the network to ensure continuous availability to all system users and performs necessary maintenance to support network availability. The role may assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination of hardware and software.
Responsibilities
Perform routine security audits to assess network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and control network systems to ensure adherence with established routines and regulations.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of operating systems and networks and troubleshoot applications.
Provide resolution for network problems to ensure smooth operation of the organization’s network services.
Support the translation of business requirements into network or process designs and improvements.
Assist in network planning, engineering, architecture, and the development of technical standards and interface applications.

Required Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in network solutions including WAN, LAN, performance monitoring, security, and VOIP.
Relevant work experience may substitute for an education requirement.
Preferred CCNA certification.
Additional education information: Information Technology and Systems, or related field.
