Position Summary The Title Administrator I is responsible for accurately receiving, documenting, processing, and organizing title-related documents from dealerships and financial institutions. This role ensures all documents are properly handled, tracked, and prepared for downstream processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Location Las Vegas, NV | On-site
Key Responsibilities
Receive and check in title documents from dealerships and financial institutions.
Identify whether incoming documents are originals or copies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all received documents.
Scan documents into the appropriate systems.
Prepare and ship processed documents to the appropriate vendors.
File titles in the correct locations.
Release titles for credit line transactions.
Release titles for paid-off accounts.
Print and sign necessary documents related to paid-off accounts.
Assist with additional tasks within the department as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements
Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Punctual and reliable.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (beginner level acceptable).
Pay Rate
$18.5/hour + performance bonuses up to $500/month.
The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will depend on factors such as geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
