We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide Desktop Support. The primary responsibilities include deploying single sign-on badges and new systems, as well as refreshing computers to align with new application requirements. This role also involves workstation refreshes.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy single sign-on badges and new systems.
Refresh computers to meet new application recommendations.
Perform workstation refreshes.
Provide on-site support in Sioux Falls and travel to other locations as needed.
Requirements
Ability to be on-site in Sioux Falls.
Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end‑user training.
Additional Skills and Qualifications Entry Level.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
