Coordinator

Salary $19–$22/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
Build and activate monitored accounts via branch personnel and CMS
Assist branch personnel with testing and validation of communicator signals
Accurately generate and disseminate monitoring invoices for customers
Provide administrative support and basic alarm operational assistance via email and phone to customers, sales teams, and branches in a professional manner
Conduct regular monitoring and billing account audits for billing and contact information accuracy
Ensure customer data and billing changes are timely and accurate
Provide an above-average level of customer support in an empathic, helpful, and positive manner
Attend Koorsen-led continuous education and training on new and existing product lines
Demonstrate a desire for professional growth through provided developmental training
Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
Follow Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values and professionally represent Koorsen at all times
Assist in other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Required
1+ years of administrative experience in a service industry
Pass drug and background screenings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Above average proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong work ethic and the desire to work effectively as a team member as well as independently to accomplish organizational objectives
Above average ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment while simultaneously navigating multiple systems/applications and phone call
Previous industry experience in similar monitoring roles
Previous customer service experience
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit for long periods
Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
Must be able to perform repetitive motions while using a computer
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
