Base Pay Range $40,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr

Role Overview Perform quality control administrative functions, test raw materials, conduct in-process testing, accurately record results, maintain quality control dashboards, calibrate and clean laboratory instruments, and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, quality standards and compliance. This role involves following and communicating with outside laboratories, ensuring products meet specifications, and supporting laboratory maintenance and documentation tasks.

Position Responsibilities

Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials and in-process samples using approved methods and SOPs.

Carry out calibration activities, maintaining a calibration binder and scheduling calibrations.

Review data and maintain laboratory notebooks.

Maintain the Quality Control Dashboard and all QC folders.

Prepare solutions, reagents, mobile phases, column washes, needle washes and other required solutions.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, test logs, data sheets in compliance with CGMP and other standards.

Support laboratory activities as assigned.

Report deviations, failures, and non-conformances to the Quality Control Manager.

Comply with FDA and other domestic and international regulatory agencies.

Assist in continuous improvement activities and maintain a clean office, laboratory, and working area.

Perform additional tasks and duties assigned by the Quality Control Manager and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

2-year Associate degree in a scientific discipline at minimum.

Experience:

Basic safety knowledge of laboratory environment, experience in a laboratory environment; any prior experience in regulated industry will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and safety protocols; ability to follow written and verbal instructions; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Office; strong organizational, record‑keeping skills; basic math skills (fractions, percentages, conversions); attention to detail; team player; commitment to quality compliance.

Certification or License:

2‑year Associate Degree minimum.
