About AIRE
AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to creating the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by Roman, Greek, and Ottoman bathing traditions, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the heart of globally acclaimed cities.
AIRE has an international presence with ten established centers: Toronto, Upper East Side, Tribeca, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria, and Vallromanes. We are also planning a Los Angeles facility in 2027. We foster a caring, inclusive, and welcoming work environment for all employees.
Tribeca Location The Tribeca location is housed in a restored historical building that once was an 1883 textile factory. The experience combines baths at different temperatures, drawing from Roman, Greek, and Ottoman traditions.
The Role As a Front Desk Attendant / Spa Receptionist you will warmly welcome visitors, manage check‑in/out, provide first‑class customer service, and handle cash. You will use the company’s reservation system and ensure every client has a luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the reception area in line with the company’s standards of luxury, glamour, warmth, and energy.
Provide first‑class customer service to high‑end clientele.
Display a friendly, energetic, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
Use strong oral and written communication skills; listen, anticipate, and satisfy client inquiries.
Multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work efficiently.
Show courtesy and respect toward visitors, clients, co‑workers, and managers.
Build gift packages or perform other tasks as needed.
Operate the company’s unique reservation system.
Who You Are
Experience providing direct customer service in the hospitality industry; required.
Experience in a luxury business and/or spa; preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Reliable and flexible with scheduling.
Organized and able to follow detailed instructions.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
